Learn how to deeply relax both your mind and body with Restorative Yoga. Props, like blocks, bolsters, blankets and straps are used so that you are supported in your pose comfortably. The practice is great for anyone looking to slow down, relieve stress, calm the excessive mind chatter, or for those recovering from injuries. Restorative Yoga is also beneficial for insomnia and promoting deep sleep. No yoga experience needed!

In Power Pilates you’ll take your practice to the next level with the introduction of more advanced and dynamic exercises of the. You’ll still work with the primary principles of alignment, core stability and movement control aspects, though also focus on strength, stamina and active flexibility. It is a fun, challenging and effective all round class designed for those who have either completed our Beginners Course or have some prior experience in Pilates.
