The YMCA Health and Fitness Centres are conveniently located – one in the centre of the city opposite the Botanical Gardens on Hereford Street, and the other at Bishopdale Mall.
Our YMCA members have access to both of our Fitness Centres, group exercise classes and discounted specialist adult term programmes.
Our Fitness Instructors are here for you, we will work with you individually to create your own fitness programme and set personalised health, fitness and wellbeing goals. Come and experience the drills and skills involved in a boxer’s workout. In this non-contact boxing fitness class you’ll utilize boxing gloves and focus pads in partner work to build physical strength, agility and endurance while also sharpening your mental focus and co-ordination.
