Ara Tini

Youth Pathways at the YMCA

Ara Tini, translating to many pathways, brings together opportunities for youth development through a number of free events and workshops to see young people equipped with the confidence and skills to be leaders and active participants in our community.

So if you’re looking for a space to connect with others, try your hand in the field of creation and innovation, develop your leadership skills, work on your wellbeing, have-a-go at different activities or give volunteering a shot – then Ara Tini is for you.

Leadership 101

15-18 years
Leadership is about understanding the influence we have on others and the world around us, and using it for good. Come along to our FREE 4-part interactive series, as we go back to basics and tackle some tricky questions surrounding leadership – What does it mean to be a leader? How can I be the best leader I can be? Others say I’m a leader but I just don’t see it? Isn’t being a leader boring and full of responsibility? (Spoiler – it’s not!)
