WAINUI HEIGHTS - THE BUILDING UNVEILED
Wainui Heights is designed to cater for different sized groups. We are unique in that we book groups on a 'per wing' basis - as opposed to a per room basis. To that end, imagine a building which consists of two main wings - East and West.
Conference Rooms:
The East Wing conference room is large enough to cater for 80-100 people - being 150m square. This room has a lounge area attached as well as a large verandah for delegates to escape when necessary. It is a sunny north facing room, which is air conditioned or heated with a roaring log burner as required.
The West Wing conference room is approximately one third the size - catering for 30 - 40 people. It also has a lounge retreat area, air conditioning and log burner.
Dining Rooms:
The East and West dining rooms are of similar proportions to the conference rooms. If a large group is dining both dining rooms are converted into one large one; giving it a capacity of about 120 people. Both dining rooms have their own kitchens - so it is possible for two completely separate groups to be holding a conference simultaneously.
Sleeping Accommodation:
The majority of our rooms are so dynamic they convert from single, to twin, to quad.
Each room is warm and cosy with it's own heating and ranch slider onto a shared north facing veranda, as well as ensuite. (Single - Quad options in each).
· East Wing: 9 rooms in total -max beds: 34
· West Wing: 8 rooms in total - max beds: 30
· Extra Rooms if required: South Wing 3 rooms (12 beds) and bunk room (12 beds)
(Total number of beds in the complex: 88 Total number of rooms: 21)
There are also cosy common rooms on each wing - equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, comfy chairs and large sun-deck.
PRICE STRUCTURE
Wainui Heights Accommodation Conference Package
Cost per person per night:
· Single: $90
· Twin: $50
· Quad/Triple: $30
Minimum Nightly Fees:
The following fees apply only if your total accommodation costs equal LESS THAN the minimum nightly fee for the wing you are occupying. This is to ensure that we are making the most of our building and covering our fixed costs.
Minimum total cost PER NIGHT:
East Wing: $ 810
West Wing: $ 625
Whole Complex: $ 1,800
Please note that there is no increase to the minimum nightly fee if a group chooses to take advantage of the extra three rooms in the South Wing.
What you get for no extra cost:
Use of all meeting areas, as you require, including:

· Common rooms
· Lounge
· Endless firewood!
