You have three great options - depending on the size and needs of your group, and your budget.
1) Tent City: Get back to basics and bring your tents to our sunny and sheltered stream side tent site. Facilities include a small kitchen area, two toilets and two showers. Also two caravans available on-site for hire.
This site will accommodate groups of up to 60.
Prices range from $5 - $9 pp per night depending on how many people are in your group.  If your group would like the site exclusive to yourselves, a minimum nightly fee of $150 will apply.

2) Powell Village: This is the original camp ground consisting of wooden bunk-filled cabins centred around a grassy playing area. Separate dining/kitchen block and separate toilet/shower block. A great place for any group of people who want to create a strong sense of community and who need something kid-proof, clean and simple. Designed for summer use, this site will sleep 110!
Prices are $8.50 per person per night with minimum nightly fees applying depending on times of year.
Terms 1 and 4 minimum nightly fee: $560 per night (based on 66 people).
Terms 3 and 2 and weekend bookings: $320 per night (based on 38 people).

3)Wainui Heights: This multipurpose facility has all your home comforts under one roof. Great for winter camps or smaller groups of between 20 - 80. The building is split into two separate wings:

East Wing: Sleeps 46 - 58 people in quad rooms. From $17.50 per person per night with a minimum nightly fee of $560

West Wing: Sleeps 30 people in quad rooms. From $17.50 per person per night with a minimum nightly fee of $420.

Each wing also has it's own kitchen, dining room, lounge and conference room. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.

This site is a great option if your group is too small to make Powell Village economic.
