Our facility at 12 Hereford Street boasts a fully equipped gym with modern equipment, a stretch room, an aerobics room and a spin studio.
There are also 6 squash courts available to members or casual hire (where else can you find squash courts in central city)?
1 badminton court available for hire to the public.
Showers, toilets and locker rooms.
It is at this site that we have our huge and impressive climbing wall and bouldering room.
Robert Harris cafe - open till 7pm.
Accommodation from budget to 4 star apartments.
YMCA Dining room open to guests, members and the public for breakfast and dinner - for homestyle buffet.
A Conference room available for hire to the public - ground floor across the road from Botanical Gardens.
Bishopdale YMCA Facilities
This facility is only 3 years old and is consequently very modern and well equipped - including a large spacious gym, aerobics studio, circuit room and spin studio.
2 squash courts.
Showers, toilets, locker rooms.
Meeting / Conference rooms (with kitchen) available for hire to the public.
Large stadium with 2 full-sized basketball courts available for hire to the public.
Fully licenced Early Childhood Education Centre (6 weeks - 5 years).
Gym memberships are reciprocal and can be used interchangably at either site.
