The Christchurch YMCA has two gym facilities and
offers a range of fitness programmes. Our city gym has over 1200
members, is conveniently located and has car parking. Our new
facility at Bishopdale opened in November 2006, it has a spacious purpose built studio with the latest Life Fitness cardio and strength equipment.
YMCA Fitness staff are qualified and experienced in fitness assessment and exercise perscription. In our caring
and supportive environment we'll help you to achieve your goals. At the
YMCA you are more than just a number. We provide a number of excellent
fitness programmes for men and women of all ages, sizes and fitness
levels.
