YOUTH TRAINING COURSES

We offer a variety of courses aimed specifically towards young school leavers up to 18 years of age who are unsure of what it is they want to do.  We work with each student to motivate and educate – to help them become a success.  Our FREE COURSES aim to raise each students self-esteem, confidence and motivation so they realise they can achieve and learning is OK.  We provide a safe, supportive environment to assist young people to gain attributes to take them to the next step in achieving employment, training or life specific skills.  We have great success in assisting youth into part and full-time employment, or on to other training schemes once they have worked out where they want to be.

All courses include the teaching of life skills, unit standards, computing, team work, cooking, CV’s, Leaner’s Licence, Te Ao Maori and Adventure Based Learning.

Our courses enable trainees to start at any time, providing spaces are available (maximum of 12 students per class).  Travel allowance is paid to those eligible.
