Our conference room consists of a fully carpeted and heated room looking out onto a planted area. The room divides into three sections to give you a choice of the size of room you require and it is located on the ground floor with full wheel chair access.

Extra Equipment

We can supply the equipment listed below for your conference, at no extra charge. Please let us know your requirements so we can have them prepared for when you arrive.

· Overhead projector and screen
· TV and VCR
· White Boards (pens not included)
· Flip chart Holder
· Lectern
· Iced drinking water

In addition we can offer the service of black and white and colour photocopying with prior notice, or with a time allowance of an hour on the day, to enable our staff to book the machines.

· colour copies at $2 for A4
· colour copies at $3 for A3

Catering

We have a variety of catering arrangements we can offer your group:

· Joining our other guests for a buffet style breakfast or dinner
· Choice of light meals or snacks from our cafe in an individual basis
· Your selected buffet menus served to suit you schedule

You are welcome to discuss your requirements with Lynne, our Catering Manager. We require final group numbers 5 days prior to the conference and will use this number as the minimum for which to charge and cater.
