Student Accommodation in Central City Hostel
The YMCA offers comfortable, affordable accommodation for students under 25 at special rates. This is for longer term stays.
Small Student single - $217.00 per week
Large Student single - $227.50 per week
Williams House - $175.00 per week
Williams House is a separate older building with single rooms for males.
Rates include Continental breakfast and dinner, 7 days per week.
A $300.00 bond is required. To be eligible for this rate you must stay for at least 20 weeks, pay 4 weeks in advance and keep the account in credit.
